Names

What's the Go will be referred to throughout this document as either whatsthego.net or WTG.

Recitals

The user submits event information with the understanding that WTG may promote the information as relevant and appropriate.

The user understands that WTG reserves the right to reject any submission for any reason.

This Agreement records the terms upon which The user and WTG engage in this arrangement.

Content Sharing

By submitting your event, you recognize that your event will be used and distributed by the 'What's the go" network including web, print and other relevant media.

Modification and Reformatting

WTG and its partners reserve the right to edit, reformat, extend or truncate your content for purposes of clarity and presentation.

Indemnity

The Customer releases and indemnifies WTG, its officers, employees and agents (the "Indemnified") from and against all actions, claims, proceedings or demands ("Claims") which may be brought against the Indemnified, in respect of any loss, death, injury, illness or damage (whether personal or property, and whether direct or consequential, including consequential financial loss) and any infringement of intellectual property rights arising out of the provision of the Services or the use, handling or commercial exploitation of any product of the Services and from and against all damages, costs (including legal costs computed on an indemnity basis) and expenses incurred in defending or settling any Claim. 

Amendments

Changes to this agreement may be made at any time by the WTG administration team.

Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the Customer and the Supplier in relation to the provision of Services by the Supplier to the Customer and prevails over any representations whether oral or in writing made prior to the date of this Agreement.
